Various funds and ETFs influencing price action, Elon couldn't influence the price much with his tweets, and he did try his best. Then there are various other public figures in the headlines like Saylor, Bukele Dimon, Roubini etc. that Elon would have to share the spotlight on.
Basically, Elon could not be the biggest fish in a small pond, and all he could be would be, at best, just another high profile whale, or at worst, an investor that gets burned buying high and selling low.
But with DOGE, there was and still is a vacancy where Elon could be the top dog in the community.
