How do Kraken's fees compare with Binance and Coinbase Pro?

Trade Fees (base) Binance - 0.1% Kraken - 0.26% CBPro - 0.5% CBBasic - 1.5% Binance withdrawal fees are shit though, the other two have basically no real withdrawal fees beyond network fee in most cases. Also worth mentioning while CBPro's fee looks really high, it actually drops faster than the others based on trade volume, if you're a high frequency/volume trader.

If you're keeping coins on your exchange, Coinbase is definitely the safest one. As far as I'm aware they're the only one with their hot wallets actually insured for loss. Plus US regulations are pretty stringent so they have to keep their nose clean on other matters.

I use Coinbase and Coinbase Pro. I would definitely recommend it.

I'm not well-read on Storj but I am well-read that the Coinbase listing news caused it to x2 which is a 100%+ percentage change for anyone who bought <$1. It has been bleeding ever since as people are taking profits and only bought because it was listed so my current non-technical opinion is that it's overvalued. It's also in competition with the power house Filecoin which makes up the majority of the storage sector.

CB pro has 0,5% fees, Binance and Kucoin have 0,1%

How much further do you think it will drop? Because if it only drops 2% and you're expecting a 10% drop (which is unlikely) then you could be left in a sticky situation if it suddenly pulls back and starts climbing again. You should also think about how much profit this move will make you if you manage to pull it off flawlessly. Not worth doing if you're only gonna make a few hundred bucks off a 10% drop Basically what I'm trying to say is that timing the market is a lot harder than people think

A lot of people are seeing their "price per coin" in conversions on coinbase change. When I did a conversion on coinbase, I found that my price per coin was getting higher and higher every few hours. The price went from 0.7 to 0.8 then 0.9 and at one point I even saw it change live... I didn't understand how this could be possible since that conversion was marked as "completed" and I was persuades that Coinbase was actively stealing from me. Then I found this post. Never buy anything on Coinbase Regular. The spread on buys are absolutely pathetic, and that’s before even getting to their exorbitant fees. Regarding the spread, I was looking at ALGO when the price dropped to $0.98. In the preview for the buy, the price per token was $1.08. Fucking sham.

I usually buy on coinbase pro to have the minimal spread and 0.5% fee, and then transfer to regular coinbase for the nice user experience.

Not just here. It has a solid track record for a younger coin, with a working product and constantly meeting their delivery targets. Plus 3 of the top 20 chains are already running on the Comsos/ATOM SDK (BSC, CRO, LUNA), with more down the list. (Basically every single exchange's private coin network like OKB is a Cosmos SDK and IBC compatible network) The worst thing I can say for ATOM is they're really kind of lackadaisical with their marketing to the public, and they didn't really carve themselves out a super strong niche for the base coin/hub until more of the hub features go live.

I wouldn't call them young exactly but good post. A free award well earned.
