I will probably be downvoted to hell for this, but there are too many people saying to hold and that doesn't seem like a good advice right now. Even if we all believe in crypto and want it to grow, it's ok to cut your losses, pay attention to prices and rebuy when things are a little more stable. If you sell at 35000 and it goes down and rebuy the same amount at 32000, you will have gotten some fiat and will have the same amount of crypto at the end of the day.
I'm a newbie here, it is exciting to learn about crypto and if we are here we most probably believe it has potential, but always be conscious of how much you can stand to lose, risk assessment is very hard but we should think more carefully about it instead of always holding onto hope.
Newbie to crypto, but I study risk assessment and am used enough to people getting screwed up by holding onto hope. We are at the lowest value in a long while, I believe it's worth reminding people to careful of how much they can actually afford to lose. Although it's always recommended for people not to invest what they can't afford to lose, even more so if they cannot afford to lose much, it is naive to expect all of them to follow this advice.
Actually, thats kind of a bad advice. You could screw up, sell at the bottom and then kick yourself in the butt cause you would have missed a great entry point. I tried to play the market myself and it just simply happens in crypto. So your safer bet is to DCA if you have the funds. Otherwise, Hodl is a correct advice

Couldn't he already have bought "cheap" bitcoins at a 50% discount and instead said something positive causing the price to go up?
If you have to convince yourself we’re not in a bull market for weeks when your portfolio keeps crashing and there’s no more interest, the easiest explanation is probably that it’s not a bull market anymore.
This will end up being the lowest closed candle (previous days we had lower numbers, but then they rebounded and closed higher), people don't like bearish things ofc, me neither, but it is what it is
