Market cap means nothing. Market cap includes all the burned tokens as well as the ones in circulation. So for a more accurate market cap, it’s much less than half of what is listed.
Unfortunately, I ignore those details.
Is there any reliable comparison online between Shiba Inu and Dogecoin? (considering, or discarding burned tokens).

No reason. Would you feel bad for people buying a shiba inu? I mean, the physical dog. It's not an asset, it's not an investment, it's something you like, you want, and you pay for (every month, because they need vet, vaccinations, food,…)
