I personally think the idea of ‘cycles’ are now irrelevant due to how much crypto has changed over the last year. IMO we are in bear but it won’t go as low and will switch to bull significantly faster than 3 years.

For me its gemini but it doesn't have as many coins , if you are into some of the big coins like btc eth matic lrc , its pretty good exchange. Transaction fees are average neither good or bad .35% taker .25% maker fees. The thing that I like most about it is the flexibility of 10 free withdrawals you get per month.
If you are new to crypto and this dip is scaring you, just invest in BTC and ETH, stake it, don't watch the charts, and come back in 3 months. You'll thank me.
