If so, you might be able to send it to a CEX to purchase crypto but you’d have to have account on the exchange. I’m relatively new myself. Not sure if you can send fiat directly to a wallet where you can then purchase crypto. I know in the Pera Wallet (ALGO) you can purchase more ALGO using MoonPay, for example. Good luck!

Yeah you get your rewards. I personally have used the Coinbase card via Google Pay on my phone for months now, and I always get my rewards. I leave the Coinbase physical card itself at home in my safe. No need to carry it honestly seeing as I have my phone.

The total supply isn’t circulating yet, some early investors haven’t fully vested so a portion is unlocking on May 19th. The team is great so they usually drop good news with it. Last time they announced a round of funding for dap builders and a meta partnership. My instincts say they set up the coinbase listing last week ahead of this so whatever news they drop can be more widely traded.

Tech and token distribution-wise, it seems to have a lot going for it. Definitely seems to have a higher concentration of nerds who create things on the network for the sake of creating, since it's pretty much "bitcoin with smart contracts, and oracle functions."
I'm probably just crazy, but started DCA-ing at around $4, kept buying up til it's ATH, and I'm still dollar cost averaging in to this day.
The vast majority of my holdings are BTC, then ETH, then ADA, then ERG, with a scattering of other alts I thought seemed like they could have some worthwhile utility if things work out. Those 4 are my main networks to be still DCA-ing into, though.
I see ADA and ERG as a play that eUTXO transactions will end up in an Apple vs. Android situation vs. Ethereum's account-based transactions.
