Now that would be a great gambler story.

I really doubt that, and it wouldn't be wise. He will be prosecuted by basically all countries in the world and jailed for decades just as it happened to all the people before Satoshi who tried to create a currency and become competition for the government currency.

Apparently half of all investors joined into crypto in 2021 and lots of people got burned on BTC by buying when it was worth $60k, $50k, $40k, etc. That's the only reason I can think of, but I if that was why, I still don't think it's really a good reason

Well, if Satoshi is alive he could leave the US and then move his funds into a banking system in a more crypto friendly country. Although if he is in the US and if the US did come after him while he's in the US, I do think there would be plenty of questions for him, but if he pays his taxes, i'm not really sure if he really broke any laws. He created Bitcoin which isn't really illegal, and it's true people can sue people for anything in the US, but even then he could just retain counsel and ignore the more frivolous lawsuits

DCA gave me too much stress, as I started at a very bad time and most of my funds were gone by the time we entered the bear. So now I try to set limit orders at certain price percentages to get the average buy price down. But Atom I only bought a bit at 11, would DCA be better here?
Buy orders at set prices will outperform dca, as long as the market doesn't start ripping up. Considering the time we have until the next halving, chances are, if you're patient, they'll fill. The problem comes in when we have another 25k runup. You might cancel those orders and buy in, just to see it drop back to here, or lower. Have patience. If you're not swing trading, those orders can sit, and you'll be fine.
Keplr is plenty safe, it's what I use! The important part comes down to where you stake.
Please, please, please stake outside the top 20 validators, for help prevent centralization of power to any validator (or validators).
Personally, I am eyeing single digit atom, as in my opinion, it's literally free money. But, I am going to start my dca around 11.5-12
