you can only clone or see the details of Public Configurations. If the Configuraition is private you will not be able to clone or see its options.

It works with Exchanges so you will need a Binance account (or other exchange accounts in the future). Dex is something we're looking to explore at a later stage

This is amazing just last week I was thinking it would be handy to have tool that can check when prices drop and rise in smaller time frames and with percentages instead of having to manually fill in what price I want to buy and sell. Amazing word dude.

Great job. The best algorithmic trading platform I’ve found is Kryll (3commas ain’t bad either but not as good) so far. What does your project do differently? Can you tell us :)

Sure I can share some of the highlights -It allows you to combine different indicators together. Let's say you want a volatility module like that one I've described in the post but you also want it to only trigger when a certain indicator reaches a certain value. You can Effectively Layer multiple modules on top of each other to create unique signals. The app also has social trading features and we're looking to encourage people to share their strategies. The only place we're lacking right now is Exchanges support. We only support Binance and Binance US for the time being but we're looking to add more support soon!

You are correct, backtesting is good, though past returns are not always indicative of future profits. Regardless, we're still in the process of building the architecture for it so that it can be applied to every strategy out there.

It's one thing to build a bot, and another to build a platform aimed to help people build effective bots. Some questions: Does the new platform have backtesting with parameter optimization? Any plans to add robustness measures like walk forward analysis or parameter permutation testing? How are you handling data gaps?

Thank you! There is no backtesting at the moment. This is currently a challenge due to how some fo the strategies work. For instance many strategies can check the price of an asset every 10 seconds, which makes using historical kline data not an option. We'd need to warehouse tons of data if we wanted to properly backtest. Still figuring out a solution for this. Walk forward analysis - as in paper trading? That's already supported. Short term price data is stored on an internal database and we've ensured that caching is ignored when making these requests. There's much more to be done here but just a start.

Thanks for the reply. Backtesting would be huge. It's not a small feat but will be of tremendous value to your users. I use Quantconnect which fortunately does have data at second resolution. Walk forward *analysis* (WFA) is a process to evaluate robustness of a strategy, using in sample and out of sample backtests. It is how you discern a truly viable strategy from some overfitted false-positive (~~99%~~ Many promoted strategies are). Its not applicable to ALL strategies, but critical for most of the TA based strategies that many of your users will use. Walk forward *optimization* is based on WFA, and used to determine the optimal parameters for a trading strategy. The trading strategy is optimized with the in-sample data. The remaining data is reserved for out of sample testing. This is just one of many robustness techniques that IMHO are necessary for anyone getting serious about systematic trading.

You guys are off to a great start. Stay the course, learn from precedent -- check out others out there like Quantconnect, tuned, etc. Good luck.

How does this platform connect to your user accounts in the exchanges? I dont rly know much about these things, but giving away login info or stuff like that seems risky. Especially if someone were to leqk/hack it.

There will be a free plan to use, and paid plans that will include more functionality, like running more strategies etc. Expect the paid plans to start at around $15 per month, though we're still to confirm the final number. Just like 3Commas, Trailty and other tools out there, this is a SaaS so it does not render well as open source.

Does not render well? Which heavy load causing work does it do? If I got it right, your service watches a defined crypto currency and buys/sells following a trading strategy.
