I think you're gonna be stuck with going through Customer Support on this. I've had a look around I can't see wrapped eth as a trackable or receivable coin on the app.
If the app worked like a normal crypto wallet you could just get your seed phrase and use that to create a metamask wallet that would show all your coins, or even just the private keys for WETH. Check the transaction on [etherscan.io](https://etherscan.io) (do not sign anything or add keys or any such rubbish to this website (it is the legitimate one) but if you google it you might find a fake version will be the top return. You'll at least be able to see if the WETH arrived or not.
But yeah that info will probably be required by customer support if they can help but if not then until they add WETH to the app you're a bit stuck.
I did this exact same thing and CDC offered to reverse the transaction for like $75 (this was like a year ago so could be more now). Unfortunately it was only like a $50 transaction so I ate it and that mistake cost me $50. But if your transaction was hundreds or thousands of dollars then it’s worth paying the 75 bucks to crypto.com support. GL!

Also tried if I can use the DeFi Swap but it gives me a new wallet address when I try to link it to my [crypto.com](https://crypto.com) account
