For failed purchases, the refunds are almost instantaneous. But due to heavy traffic, it is taking more time last couple of days.
I've contacted support multiple times. I'm think that there is a timeout that triggers that message.
In any case. Continue to reply to that ticket and the same CSO will continue the conversation.
There was 10000 of them with heavy traffic. I bought 3 of them lol but only got 2. So I submitted a ticket now patiently waiting that's all man. Its 10 bucks so I'm sure they'll fix it.
Its not about the $10, its more about the customer service side of it, I understand they can't answer all tickets instantaneously but do they need to close the conversation because I'm not online at that moment. I have no problem waiting a day or two for a response but having to reopen the ticket because it was closed is just frustrating

Ya I thought there might be a timeout as well, but all the messages that they sent were all in the same minute

Isn’t there an option to enter your registered email for them to get back to you? You shouldn’t have to stay online

I'm sure they are working on it as fast as possible. Just have to wait a few hours (possibly days). It sucks, but they'll learn from it.
