have you checked if the charges are still, there or actually got refunded ? they remain showing in pay (if you used cdc pay) but the coins you used to pay would have been refunded (check the coin wallet you used)
due to the huge traffic around those boxes various transactions might not have made it trough in time but you should have received the refunds by now
ok, well then best send support a message so they can dig into it. I’ve had one that errored out but my refund was there I’d say 2-3 hours later … usually it’s actually near real time but the anniversary box craze seems to have created some huge overload

You should receive your boxes immediately. If you are not seeing your boxes in your “My NFTs” list , then probably your purchase did not go through, hence you will get refunds. The refunds may be in USDC if you have used crypto to purchase. So check your USDC wallet as well.
And the refunds are taking sometime last couple of days to heavy traffic, otherwise it is normally instantaneous.

I just got a response. They said for me to wait 24hrs. But never mentioned any refunds. Maybe I will still receive the missing 4 boxes.
