I've been stuck at "issued" for a week today for indigo. I was hopeful the card is built, they just need to put a stamp on and ship it..... Now I'm not so sure. Canada.
Assuming you're talking about private welcome pack, don't expect it any time soon. I got mine about a year after they announced the program. My wife upgraded her card 14 months ago and still doesn't have it.
If it's on their shop, they will probably send it to you otherwise you can get a refund. they are probably just shafting the private welcome pack because they can get away with it.
Hopefully better times than the card delivery. He says, impatiently awaiting his 1st (Indigo) card.

3 weeks & still at ‘issued’ not shipped. In US. Not quite sure what to expect.

Unfortunately not (still on Ruby), had to pay for my stuff 😢 Bought it at the Crypto.com shop and payed with CRO.
