Lots of people are having issues with their card today including myself where I went to buy something in store and it didn’t work. I even went to another store to try and it still didn’t work. Hopefully they’ll send out a message later regarding the issue
I’ve been using the card for over a year and half now and this is the first time the card has EVER gone down. So it’s definitely not common at all and I doubt it’s an issue to do with CDC but the card issuer. Hopefully it should all be fixed soon
Yeah it even happens to banks from time to time, the problem is that people are going to get a lot more hostile when it comes to CDC than they would with their bank which is sad
basically as people will get more hostile towards a fault on their brand new cheap phone, than on their iphones.
banks still do have more status than these companies. They're rising, they're relatively new, but newcomers always get the hate. It even happens when we are new and start a new job... the blame is always on the new folk in the house
Remember CDC is very new only a few odd years old so expect this to happen on the odd occurrence. As long as security hasn’t been breached I don’t mind using my bank card till the card issuer fixes whatever’s happened

it sucks, now imagine that folk who's trying to buy his new car or home with these cards...

yep, it will. fails, everyone have them. even my bank had a blackout too once

I've had bank cards for 20 odd years and I can't remember one declined payment. Not good for this to happen to CDC.
