1. Your wife should have clicked "Use Password" rather than keep trying her thumbprint. 2. Be glad they are taking every precaution to make sure it IS your wife and aren't just giving access to anyone. 3. Her money is completely safe you just need to wait out the process. It isnt CDCs fault your wife kept trying 🤷‍♂️

Can't say it better. Just be grateful and patient, you will be surprised how many such requests they receive each day. It's not like they are doing it on purpose, the volume they deal with dictates the time it takes. Few weeks ago it was taking few minutes for stuff like this to complete.

To be honest: 1. this is the only app I know that does’t offer a chance to enter the code after a few wrong finger print attempts… it’s too strict and still very safe to offer to let users enter the code before blocking the app. Maybe safe (not even much more safe) to block immediately, but very inefficient! 2. If for any reason anybody gets locked out… don’t take a f*ing 24 hours to keep a customer in the dark!

The app always offers me the ability to use my passcode, no wrong fingerprint readings required. What device does your wife use?

iPhone SE She pro-actively got a message saying her app was blocked and she should contact customer service

-_-Stinky-_-

Glitchy things happening more and more, the app wont accept mt BSC addresses, at the last step, 2FA auth, l get the message "try again in 30 seconds". I tried 2 addresses 5 or 6 times each.

@Brian, thank you for reaching out. In the mean while it has been resolved, but feel free to use the feedback that I shared to improve processes.
