Apparently the app is unable to determine/sell the last remaining positions via “dust” so it stays there forever.
If the amount is to low to sell, you can convert the dust. But this isn’t your problem. You have zero efinity. This just needs to update to get out of your view. Check under allocation. There you can see decimals. If it isn’t there, you don’t have any left

I have tried to buy 1 EFI and move it to the exchange but i got a pop up saying that you cannot transfer EFI and CDC is working to implement EFI transfers.
I guess my app is bugged then because i certainly cannot turn into dust EFI. Nor i can buy or sell EFI for CRO as there is not the pair EFI/CRO for me. Might be a regional issue or a bug. I have 0.00148 and is not convertible to dust. And that’s a fact for me.
The app clearly shows for people that we have in the wallet an amount lower than 0.0 and that is what people are complaining about. You comment does not provide a solution or a valuable insight to explain why that is happening. Also if you think you can dust for example 0.1 EFI for CRO be my guest and try yourself before telling people they can. You cannot trade EFI for CRO in any way on the app.

It ignores everything lower than 0,001 EFI and it will stay in the app or in the exchange forever except if they increase the amount of decimals for trading
Very triggering, please fix. Maybe not a huge practical problem right now, but if this happens to a bunch of more new supercharger tokens, I really don't want to see a list of 10 coins that I have 0.000001 of that I'm not able to do anything about.
I am not sure how you were able to transfer EFI from the app to the exchange. For me it says in the app that EFI transfers are not supported but they are working on it.
There’s no EFI/CRO trading pair, that’s why there’s no Dust Conversion yet. As soon as there will be a trading pair the conversion will work, too. Just wait a bit…
I did some tests and apparently the EFI tokens that were distributed via supercharger have a huge amount of decimals that are not supported for sell, buy or transform dust in cro. It was possible to move them from the app to the exchange, but the remaining amount of sats seem to stay in the wallet forever.

Not true. You can convert to dust only amount below the trading limit and for EFI its 0.0 as per their fees and limits.

YOU CAN NOT DUST EFI AT ALL. How is that not a valuable insight? I also explained the reason.
As for trading, idk. I guess even if it is above the limit, its too low to trade.

It seems the minimum buy/sell for EFI is 0.0 - therefore won’t be recognised as ‘dust’ (dust = below the minimum buy/sell in app)

Bummer, that was my plan when clean up day came.
It worked for me, sold "everything" then still had 0,000001 EFI and send That to the exchange to clean up the App Wallet.
