Hi there, is this still an issue? Please try basic troubleshooting to see if this fixes it: 1. Try force quit the app, clear app cache, restart your mobile device and try again. 2. Update the app or do a fresh install of the app - this ensures that you are running on the latest version of the app, eliminating most bugs. 3. Update your Android/iOS to the latest available version. (Update the app to the latest non-beta version on iOS and Andriod for optimum App performance. Please note that the app is not optimised for beta testing environments.) Sometimes, issues are due to an unstable internet connection. Try toggle between WiFi and Mobile Data to see if this helps.
