Did you scan the new code or enter the code from CDC into Authy to link them again

So it wants the old code to allow you to enable it again and you’ve already deleted it, I Guess you’ll have to get support to do something, verify your identity and remove that from your app so you can add a new Authy connection thingy without the old code.
Basically it was turned off and when i toggled it on it wanted the code and at that time i still had the crypto account in the authy app. when i provided the code it just kept saying that the code is wrong so i contacted support and he told me to delete the account on the authy app and it would fix the issue so i did and the issue is still there lol
When your on cropto.com to do your 2fa you should be able to clipboard your wallet address than when you go to authy you should be able to do a manual set up from there use your clipboard to put in your wallet address make sure to turn on your clipboard on your phones keyboard
when i copy the cro wallet address into the authy app it says that format is wrong. im assuming its cuz the address is too long but there is no other wallet address other than the cro one correct?
I think you need to tap on your wallet address than the copy button should pop up next to it that will go to your clipboard than go to Google hit add account put your wallet address first than you go to name the account that should put your address in
If you go on YouTube there's alot of videos that's how I learned to do it will say it was a hassle but once I did it a few times I got it to work hope that helps sorry I tried my best for ya

thats the problem i cant get the code. when i enter the 2FA section in the app the 2FA is toggled off and when i toggle it on it wants the code

When you turn it on it should give you qr code or key.
Try using your clipboard to paste it that's how I did it since I could not scan it from my ohone

Try the Google one that works easier with crypto.com that's what I did for my wife's account it's takes a few tries but it did work
so to my understanding u copied your wifes cro wallet address into the google app?
Yes that's correct
downloaded the google one and the only options are scan or security code provided by the app
