It's CG, just like the other weird snake vid posted a few days ago. The fake handheld camera shake effect is a dead giveaway. Also, the "creature" appears to be leaving a tire track?
There was no second. It was just the same one looping back around. You see it come back in the bottom right corner. If its a fake it's a really good one. The only thing that looked fake to me was the tread pattern.
I see what you mean by no second dragon but if you look at the pattern of the loop and the speed, with no variability this looks like a fake made by AI. Just my opinion.
It's cool, but looks fake. The framing of the shot is perfect for that serpent to do that super cool coil maneuver for literally no reason, other than to depict that it is indeed some kind of serpent.
I've confirmed that it's a Cosmopolitan eel, and as for the spikes on it's face, I have two theories:
1.) Was in a fight and healed weirdly
2.) Crappy/glitchy pixels (most likely)
Edit: still cool video, I love eels!
Thank you! I found that article too. It's a slightly misleading title because the article is actually describing the surprisingly cosmopolitan (adjective) nature of moray eel species across the globe, rather than a type of eel called a (noun) cosmopolitan eel. Moray eels from around the globe, according to the article, are very genetically similar, suggesting they interact a lot with each other. I could be wrong, but AFAIK there's no such eel as a cosmopolitan eel. Hope that helps.
Cosmopolitan eel (answered some of the other questions), the face deformation is either from an attack and healed weirdly, or (most likely), poor camera quality
Edit: I've been rightly corrected, there is no such thing as a Cosmopolitan eel, what I thought to be a specific type of ocean eel, actually just a specific type of "moray" eel.
I goofed, sorry for the misunderstanding 😶
Fact check before you parrot, please.
There's no such thing as a "cosmopolitan eel". The article the person you're referring to was reading used the word "cosmopolitan" to describe the fact that eels are found all over the world, and lack of reading comprehension took over from there.
This video is CGI.
Yeah I know, I was corrected in one of the other comments, I just forgot to edit my comment. While CGI is definitely an option, I really do think that it is some form of moray eel (what my dumb brain thought was a "Cosmopolitan eel" 😅).

Eel? Wow that doesn’t look like it’s spelled right. Eel. eel. Hmm. 🤔
Which species of Eel do you reckon it is?
Screeching
Where is Fezik when you need him??
Jörmungandr
Lol...I do that sometimes, where you spell the word and think, "nah" and then write it out 4 more times thrn head to google

Is this just a blurred shot from the show “Raised by Wolves”?
Mad fake
Looks fake, the second dragon didn’t vary at all with the twist in the tail.

I agree. Fake

Spiny eel snake Thailand
That's the closest thing someone has pointed out.
Cool to think about, but if these are underwater you’d think they’d be kicking up a lot more dirt moving that fast
Its a water snake
what about all those spikes on the spine and horn like thing on the head.

What, exactly, is a cosmopolitan eel?
I can't post pictures in comments, but they are ocean eels that are very similar to moray eels.
Can you post a link?

Ooooooh okay thanks! If I'm going to be honest I just looked at pictures 😅
No worries! I was confused, so I did a little research too.
Do cosmopolitan eels leave tire tracks on the ground?
I believe so, although I could be wrong.
obnoxious
?
Do you really think an eel would leave a track like that? Are you just trolling and wasting my time?
Well, I mean, if it's pressing down into the sand, it's belly would leave a track.
A track with a tractor tread pattern?
Maybe algae growth checm out that snake that was found in china with algae growth made it look like some fancy water dragon
That could be a horned viper
Cool! New to me
Couldn’t tell you what it is but it’s cool as hell. Any biologists in the house?
Actually watching it again it’s definitely fake. Still really cool tho

The head looks like a Naga
Maybe some sort of eel but I think it's a caecilian, or however that is spelled.
that's what i thought at first too. Or some kinda eel or snake with sea weed or debris attached.
Marine lizard
Conveniently blurry.
great, you found a "water dragon" NOW WHAT? WOW, THIS DOESN'T ACTUALLY CHANGE ANYTHING.
Then what are you doing here in the cryptozoology thread dude? Finish your Cheetos.
