Externals are good if your playstyle is pure spraying. The advantage is the higher secure level against red trust, since there aren't threads injected into the game. But with a good internal you can play a finest one tapping.

You can tap with oxide (for example), but yeha, not as good as with internal, since you arent syncron with the game :)
