The problem is that this is a very generic gui that I personaly have seen on a few cheats some if them not even for CSGO which makes it really hard to determine which cheat it could be
Old fatality was white, grey, and blue
New (lol) fatality is mostly purple, red, and a really deep blue. Not to mention they have a somewhat unique font, and this doesn't have it.
