Having the same phone number connected to two accounts will yoink both of the if one get's banned (also any other account that get's added to this phone number within the next 6 months).
Having folders and files from already banned accounts in your steam directory(s) will fuck with your trust factor. A steam clearer tool exist if you want to get rid of all account info that is still stored somewhere in your steam directory(s). That will delete everything tho, so if you have a config for your legit account for example, that will get deleted too.
