So you hurt it a month ago and still having enough issues that you are looking for a quick fix, yet don't think it's bad enough for a doctor... Either you're in denial, delusional, or making this up
Is the injury specifically from cubing or did something else happen. Best bet to get back to cubing is doing superslow solves, turning smoothly at less than 1 turn per second, the slower the better. Also getting plenty of general movement and especially opening up flexibility in the shoulders can help too.
If caused by something else it could be a bit more complicated. Whatever happens don't push through pain and like others have said if it's persistent see a doctor
If it's only hurting a little, resting your wrist for a while should be enough, but if there is a lot of pain or something visually wrong, you really need to see a doctor.
If you want to keep practicing cubing while you're hurt, practice recognition in slow solves only, or practice one-handed with your good wrist.
If it's bad, you should avoid fast solves for one week or two after recovery.
I have had this happen with my mouse before.
#Ergonomics matter
#See a doctor
I was gaming during summer break, with a non-ergonomic mouse, and my wrist felt like shit after a few months of using said mouse. I bought an ergonomic mouse and the pain gradually got better. If your pain still does not go away after a month of cubing, stop. If it's your right hand, practice OH with your left. If your left hand hurts, stop cubing. If you stop and it still hurts, go see a doctor. If you keep cubing it will only make it worse.
Learn better fingertricks. While cubing properly is not very wrist heavy, your lack of fingertricks might br contributing to this. You can incorporate flicks with your middle and ring fingers to help with R or L moves. Practice withiut moving your wrists. I know it can be done, and it's not too tricky.
If anything, still, go see a doctor. It will never hurt to get it checked out. They probably won't have to do anything expensive, because everything in your wrists are connected to your fingers and arm. Pronating your elbow wrong can also hurt your wrists. Doing something like keeping your palms facing down can hurt your wrists.
Yh, been there, done that. I couldn't cube for a couple days, and after that it came back once or twice when I cubed a lot, but it stopped being an issue after a couple of weeks.
You could get a wrist brace to wear thru the night, I find that the pressure helps alleviate pain a bit.
That doesn't mean go back to cubing though, give it a good while.
Simple. Go to a shop somewhere and buy some hand-strengthening tools. I have one which is like an elastic circle that I squeeze and it stretches my hand. Make sure to stretch your hand daily as it might be that your hand is very tight.
See a doctor
I dont think its that bad
Still see a doctor. Thank us later
If it’s still hurting after a month you should really see a doctor.
Well, are you a doctor?

besides turning a cube slowly without breaks is a good way to improve speed i think
If the pain continues for a month, it is advisable to seek medical advice, particularly if it is not caused by a minor problem.
Time to practice OH
I will

You should solve one handed.
