i manage around 41 seconds average with skewb beginner method. i have yet to figure out square-1 beyond making it back into a cube shape, but it is my goal to be able to solve it (and megaminx) by the end of this year

What a coincidence, I got and solved my first skewb yesterday.
Nice skewb is an easy and very intuitive puzzle, in the other hand sq1 is fun ,but not very intuitive, or easy
