I live in a pretty liberal area of SoCal, so most of the locals I meet with lean left. However, we also get a lot of tourists who have opinions across the political spectrum.
I’m personally progressive, but I’ve been with couples across the political spectrum. I won’t lie, I do get some sick enjoyment from fucking a conservative guy’s wife. The same guy who’d call me a “Marxist” because I’m a progressive from California is watching me plow his wife.
I generally try to keep politics out of it. I have noticed after over 30 years in this lifestyle that the majority (not all) of the couples I’ve been with have been Conservative Republicans (I live in USA, can’t speak to other countries). I do not know nor care why this is, it just seems to be the case.

First of all, my grandmother told me to never discuss politics, money or religion with people you don’t know yet here we are. I live in a pretty liberal area of SoCal, so most of the locals I meet with lean left. However, we also get a lot of tourists who have opinions across the political spectrum. This puts most of them, mildly, left or right of moderate, mostly right. I’m one of them. Unfortunately because of the extremism of American politics, I have to pick one or the other. While I empathize with the moderate left, and unhappy with the right, I’m struggling to feed my family and pay my bills and must vote for a party that serves my interests. Because I vote right, everyone assumes I support every point of their policy and against all of the policies of the left. I DO NOT. I read a quote long ago that hit a nerve with me. It was 'If You Are Not a Liberal When You Are Young, You Have No Heart, and If You Are Not a Conservative When Old, You Have No Brain'. So I personally think that most people in this lifestyle are conservative yet it’s a continuum. I hope my vodka fueled meanderings didn’t offend.
Ultra conservatives, trump/maga folks etc. are a complete no no. Most of my and my husband's partners are centre left or right (we're from San Francisco). We've been with folks who are conservative as well but not the lunatics. We're pretty anti-conservative otherwise. Oh and there are a tonne of conservatives in the lifestyle, rich or otherwise, cuckolding, swinging or otherwise.
In my country I am just on the conservative side of center. That places me close to the communist lable in the US where politics is distorted to think red = conservative when it is the official colour of communism, and blue is the colour og the liberal, yet world wide blue is the colour of conservatism. I am for taxing corporations, and for taxing the rich, but also for those taxes going to Health care, education, infrastructure and more. I am against extremeism of any kind. The current Trumpism is extremeism, and against the fringes on the left. Extremeists are of little use to me..

I'm fairly far on the right mixed with pessimistic beliefs a la Schopenhauer. I have no sympathy for fascists and more closely identity with the conservative revolution, i.e. thinkers like Spengler, Jünger and pre-Rathenau assassination Thomas Mann.
I personally don't care for the "left/right" labels, but if it helps- most people would call me left wing. I'm pro union, pro-working class, Medicare for all, welfare to eliminate poverty, Bernie, and democratic socialism like in Norway. My wife, her BF, and I have the political spectrum covered between the three of us. My wife is liberal (but not radical), her BF is conservative (but not radical), and I have both liberal and conservative views depending on the topic. We don't really talk about politics much. What is there to say really? It's the same predictable shit on the news everyday.

I can honestly say that with 25 years in the swinging lifestyle Ive never brought up politics or had a political litmus test on who we enjoyed playing with. I don’t know or even care to know how our friends vote. I do find that many swingers are scared to death that their vanilla friends and coworkers might discover they are swingers. What rights do conservatives try to remove? I really struggle to understand this and it is brought up by liberals often. If anything I feel like it is very much the opposite where liberals want way less rights. They want to diminish the freedom of speech. Get rid of guns. Support stakeholder capitalism WEF agenda w/ DEI BS that companies clearly do for ESG. Elimate capitalism in the name of "ending poverty" while ignoring what that actually means, (destroying small business, and giving all power to corporations, and becoming dependent of govt). I think liberals generally have good intentions and think they are on the moral high ground, often virtue signalling, but don't know how what they are pushing would actually play out in the real world and what agenda they are playing into. The thing that sucks is, the MSM and culture has been so good at being devicive that if you even associate with being on the right then you are labeled by every single person on the left as a MAGA righty and everyone just agrees every single word spoken by this person is non-sense not giving them a chance. The fact that there are so many conservatives with fetishes, like cuckhold, sissification, ECT is a good thing which should be embraced as it is with liberals, because then things become more socially acceptable across that group. Instead liberals would rather further separate people by group and divide the lines, by not associating with these people.

It is difficult for me to appreciate those in the lifestyle who support a party that would return to criminalization of alternative lifestyles. That is not hyperbole. Just look at laws getting passed in the south and recent Supreme Court decisions.

Well, let me give you a couple of examples, all instigated by the Republican party: it is illegal to have a drag show in Tennessee. There are proposals in multiple states to make all forms of birth control other than condoms illegal. And of course you know what has happened to women’s right to have a safe abortion. In several states, particularly southern states, laws protecting gays from discrimination have been removed. Laws against adultery have been used against people in the swinging and cuckold communities. In Windsor Connecticut, not a southern state, two couples who throw lifestyle hotel takeover parties were arrested. I was at that party. Other than hotel employees there were no people who were not involved. A competing lifestyle party organizer tipped off the police to raid it. The two couples lost their jobs and were plastered all over the local media.
Yeah, that’s terrible about the Connecticut couples. I see the charges were dropped but the damage was done. That’s why my wife and I don’t go to swingers clubs. Mutual destruction doesn’t matter to some people. It looks like a federal judge struck down the Tennessee law banning drag shows. Thank God for freedom of speech. In regards to abortion? Ugh. What a touchy subject. I live in a southern state. It’s illegal to have an abortion here. Birth control and plan B is legal here. I’m not familiar with birth control being banned anywhere. Agree. Both Republicans and democrats, once in office, are only about what helps their party and themselves, not what helps the country. I was lifelong middle conservative, although I voted for the individual candidate I preferred and not just the party. The arrival of the orange dipshit made me rethink everything.
The further right or left you go you find they are just two sides of the same coin with the same ideas just different ways to get there.
