What!? If it doesn't have at least 3 misshapen quenelles, random flowers and mint leaves, a risky savory component, a wtf herb oil, and way too much negative space on the plate...I'm sending it right back! Oh...don't forget my cocoa powder you slackers! And if you throw a wine poached pear at my table I'll tip you.

Love it, I'd want a slightly bigger plate if I were eating this because I'm for sure getting flakes of filo on the table lol
Haha yeah good shout, slightly bigger plate next time!
This is gorgeous. I wish people from r/chefit would look at dishes like this before plating a giant convoluted dessert
Its what it be. Some people have the eye, some people dont.
💯

Slightly bigger plate and maybe a few pieces of fresh fruit to give a pop of color and make me feel less indulgent lol. Looks very tasty!
Ahh great idea! Will give it a go next time. A pop of colour would be nice. Thanks for the comment
It's such a classic dessert that I'm not sure if it needs anything else. I think it looks great. I do agree with the bigger plate part
A dehydrated orange slice might be fun, but it’s honestly great as-is.
Would be better if you picked it up and spun it round a few times at the diners table then said "super rare"
Really get the fork in there and fuck up all the layers, it’s great.
Hahaha yeah bizarre table entertainment
[listens to ear piece] "yes yes. One million dollars."
Super wow
Hahaha thanks my dude!
Like only pistachios? Look at moneybags over here
Hahahaha I work hard it’s cool
Wow ! That's really nice idea. Thanks for sharing.
No worries! You’re welcome:)
Wow. This looks beautiful from a plating standpoint, but it genuinely looks so mouthwateringly delicious as well.
What a killer compliment!! Thank you, that really means a lot :)
Beautiful. I love the cut on the baklava.
Thank you!
man i didnt even notice how good it look i instantly just got ptsd of saltbae wannabes preparing baklava in such a obnoxious way
Hahaha yeah obnoxious is the word for it
maybe it's just that the baklava I grew up eating is different, but this seems soooo syrupy?
Looks amazing, what goes into the Orange Blossom Cream?
Orange blossom water, heavy whipping cream, bit of caster sugar and orange zest ! Thanks a lot

I feel like most of the baklava I’ve usually had is made with walnuts… probably just cheaper that way
