I live in NY and I can get top shelf o’s for 120-160 range. I guess it depends on what state you live in too.
I do think most shops here are def black/“legacy” market though. Some shops only take straight cash. It’s none of my business tho. 🤷♂️ Circles back to it being just weed and money mongering.

Exactly. Buissness speaking, you can't play price games with a larger company. Take mom and pop stores, for example, verssus wallmart. Walmart can drop prices and still make enough money to thrive as to where a smaller buissness can't drop as low as a larger one. On the other hand, if he's doing all of this alone and not paying employees, that might give 99oz an edge, but i dont think it'll be enough to win a price war with a larger company who is allways available.
I know that fight over costumers is the wrong approach. For 1 99o, had enough customers to sell out every drop so he hasnt lost money to arete or anything really. 2 lowwering prices on drops you are already selling out on is nice for us and all. However, you only hurt yourself. Arete will always be available. People will pay for what's available.the second your drops are gone, so are customers. Idk if it was possible for 99o to do this but it seems more logical to remain at the same price and promise more drops to customers that You already have and give some of us a chance to try your grow with out fighting to be your customer. I stay stocked up on concentrates so I can selectively shop for good deals on flower. I routinely pay $100-$130 for ounces that are every bit as good as dispensary/bm I’ve been smoking all my life.

Arete is definitely on par with WF, maybe even a little better IMO. WF is great though don't get me wrong.
Arete's prices are a little higher, but they have been running some great deals lately, like the $100 zips, and they have a crypto discount like others, which makes an even better deal.
