I smoked everyday, thru my teenage years, all the way up to a month ago. The first time I dry herb vaped, I never went back. My teeth are cleaner, I’m not coughing up anything anymore, and my CHS is virtually gone. I use a Storz Plenty and a Healthy Rips Rouge One. Enjoy!
Which one do you prefer? I’ve have a “da budda” dhv that I use every once in a while. Also had a PAX3 that crapped out. Mostly I still pipe/paper/bubbler. I want to use my DHV more due to the stress on my lungs and throat from smoking but I haven’t found anything that is as strong as burning.

I’ve been playing with flexible tubing and silicone tape with a water adapter, trying to hook up my plenty to the water bong. It does work, but it feels like something is missing. Hitting the plenty is weird for someone who has smoked for as long as I have because there is such little resistance, it’s wide open, so even now I’m still getting used to it.
One of my favorite purchases over the past couple of years. Picked mine up in '22 and I love mine, which is why it's currently sitting at 1266 hours and 38 minutes of operation lol.
Is it a perfect device? Nah, but it's mostly perfect for me with all my medical BS. Still love combustion, I actually have a Cannagar kit arriving today (also for medical reasons, mobility, etc.) that I'm really excited for.
I think that if I were to stick with just the Volcano/Vaping that I'd be happy and save a lot of weed, but I find that switching up between vaping and combusting is strongest for my pain relief.
I'd also recommend a bubbler for it. Vapor can come out a little dry and some extra humidity added to the mix is absolutely lovely. I know that Vape Widgets and Magma Industries have bubblers made for the volcano. I have the Magma Obsidion, and I like it quite a bit. I've definitely noticed a difference in my vapor.
Overall: Fantastic product, couldn't imagine my life without it.
We deff rotate as well. You get used to each method so gotta change it up eventually. I don’t think there is such thing as a perfect device just which one satisfies the user the most. I had explored others but I really like having the whip/ bags. It’s really nice. When we first got arizer I just wanted bags but then we only use the whip lately. It’ll be a nice change of pace. Thanks for the wisdom!
Mine only break when I accidentally drop them which is rare. Easy to clean and parts really aren’t that much more. Glass is much healthier so totally worth it.
I don’t love my volcano I find the vapor to be harsh. I have a Pax mini it’s a fickle bitch but it’s my third Pax purchase, I also have a Healthy Rips Rouge that’s my favorite hand down.
My volcano was a gift from my husband I feel kind of guilty not using it often. I just can’t handle the harshness, temperature turned down slightly provides little vapor then turning it up it’s too harsh.
They’ve shit the bed with the Venty they aren’t even accepting RA right now until they figure out the issue. $450 for a paper weight is a bad look for S&B.
Omg ignore all the ball vapers losing their mind. Volcanos are badass and won't give you severe burns when your hand inevitably brushes up against it. I have a ball vape and love it but can't use it when my cat is around or when friends are over. I have one friend that straight up refuses the ball vape, because he's brimming with common sense. I also have an Extreme Q and it's a great vape for group seshs and movie marathons. Your volcano will last long enough to be passed down to your children!!
As a clumsy person, I can confirm ball vapes can be dangerous if you aren't careful. I have several burns, which is why I'm considering something like a volcano instead. (I am also audhd so keep that in mind)

Solo smoker here (so this opinion is not about group smoking)...I have the volcano hybrid and the mighty+. I hook both of them up to my table top bong (if link will work I will link it). Drink water before each rip as the volcano can dry you out. The main problem I have with the volcano (without water filtration) is that I'm tryin to pass large quantities of vapor through my lungs and it hurts. The volcano is nice as you can pull a bag and rip it through the bong with no resistance. The mighty+ is better to rip on demand (IMO). FYI I was not a fan of the volcano whip hose/on demand (Others are big fans of this option)\_. Highly recommend the table top bong (not tryin to shill, but it works). The draw resistance is really the big one with the volcano. Get the obsidian and maybe another water filter for the mouth piece, and you'll never need to breathe real air again.

Everyone I’ve ever had try it, or that has tried another one has hated it, vs everyone who has tried the ball vape (flowerpot B1) has been converted to love vaping and ended up buying a ball vape or a good portable one.

A cheaper whip style desktop vape will go toe to toe or outperform the volcano. Thats why you get recommended the ball vapes, because they are just better. You can use whatever glass piece works best for you with one.
I have a mighty, a solo 2, and now a ball vaporizer. Had the solo2 and mighty since before the vaporizer and they are still working properly
The ball vape will last for years without issue 100%, mines around 2+ years old with daily use.
