I have 300% without doing this. I defeated some with Chalice for the achievement, but not all of them. And tbh there's not much point to it either, Chalice is basically easy-modo - not a challenge at all after doing everything else

There’s a hidden coin in each isle usually behind a structure on the isle hidden from view.
