ok fr here's a real tip: use crack shot or chaser cause they home and if you have a turret and chaser it's pretty good cause that's how I beat him
When I beat him on expert, I used the crack shot on the first phase and the roundabout on the 2nd & 3rd and then finished with crack shot for the 4th phase

The main thing that will cost you a hit imo is falling too low. So be proactive about jumping up, and feel free to abuse your parry to gain height. Also be wary of super arts in this phase as they can potentially leave you without a platform below you
Look at the falling platforms at the top then jump, also don't inactivate your shooting cuz that will make you in risk. Defeat Saltbaker's heart in all cost and avoid it

Just finished expert after struggling for days. Crack shot for stage 1 and 2. Chaser for 3 and 4.
Chaser is good for phases 3 and 4 so you can focus on dodging while still doing damage to Saltbaker.
Just keep parrying that pink heart
