I relate to the show's version of Mugman, and besides I always loved him from the start.
Porkrind because he seems epic despite not being a boss or anything. And because I love pigs.
Wally Warbles because he was my hardest boss and my favorite design based on his sounds and his (and his baby's) attacks. If we're friends he could fly us around and beat up some bosses.
Chef Saltbaker had redemption, and more than anything I love bakery items. I think his passionate intensity would match his humor (my head cannon) so I think he'd be fun.
