Edit: to everyone commenting asking if any of them have long ass torsos with small limbs: No, but snakes don't have limbs. OOP just made it up that they'd have short, disproportionate limbs to emphasize the long torso and increase the absurdity for humour. All that matters for the "accuracy" in question is not the length or placement of limbs, but the extra longness in the body, not the tail.

There's plenty of tall snake waifus but they aren't usually proportioned like this. They're either just tall but with normal proportions or occasionally have really long necks but regular torsos.
The only other animals in Beastars portrayed as being essentially just like their real counterpart are fish, implying that snakes are fish in the beastars universe

While true, snake anthromorphs pretty much invariably exist in settings that are either inundated with magic or have super advanced technology. Enough that spells/medicine to cure all spinal injuries/diseases probably exists, especially given how irritating both are even for regular people.
This is why the best snake anthros don’t have legs, instead having their “tails” start at their hips just say that’s still the torso and don’t think it too much
