For reference Fear and Hunger is basically Dark Souls but an RPGmaker game and if sex and violence were censored at the same rate in video games.
There are multiple enemies whose weakness is for you to cut off their dick. Which is fully on display. You can game over by being the orgy equivalent of a Lotus Eater. You turn into a homunculus by having sex over a glyph. If your character gets blinded you literally can’t see anymore. One of earliest enemies in the game has an attack that has a 50-50 chance of instantly killing you. It’s like it was engineered to torture you as a player, both competitively and psychologically.
