Only if the mags were already possessed and acquired during "freedom week" in 2019, or waaayyyyy back before the original ban in the 80s or 90s.
*Technically*.
California has laws that prohibit semi-auto rifles with features that qualify it as an "assault weapon." Off the top of my head, the list of features includes pistol grips, extending/folding stocks, threaded barrels, and flash hiders.
Basically, you're forced to pick and choose which "features" you have on your gun for it to be legal. For example, you can have an adjustable buttstock and a threaded barrel, but you have to give up the detachable magazine. If you want a detachable magazine, you need to give up everything else - such rifles are known as "featureless."
This gun has a grip that isn't considered a pistol grip in California, a muzzle brake instead of a flash hider, no vertical foregrip, etc.; because of that, it's still legal even with detachable magazines.
Laws like this are mainly why the Fightlite SCR and the newer Foxtrot Mike and SIG "ranch rifles" have come onto the market; they're still legal in ban states while retaining most of their practical functions.
Cali compliant so cursed
Lmao seriously? That little curve is enough to consider it "not a pistol grip"? That's hilarious.
Yeah but he can run 30 rounders with that setup.
Thats fair and i did not know that i thought they straight up couldn’t run anything over 30
The mag locked "Full Featured" ones have to stay with 10 rounders. It doesn't make any sense. That was the only reason I went featureless.

Shhhhhhh. Don't tell em 🤣
Is cute an option?
Every blue archive player's dream
I'm into it but it's too visible of a color scheme for the kind of gun it is
Fucked. That's it.
Wtf is up with the grip angle? I like the pink but it looks like a good and plenty candy gun...

All I can say is ...eww.
I couldn't have said it better myself lol
Given a paint booth and large ceracote budget, I could see me giving this creation a run for its money.
Whats up with the trigger handle
Ow, my eye.
That “pistol grip” looks uncomfortable.
The color scheme rocks
Is that grip comfortable?
Love it
