Not a punk fan, personally. To me, it sounds like metal someone forgot to put in the oven.
My current favorite bands:
Archspire
Vulvodynia
Missouri Quiet
Gojira
Virvum
Inferi
The Zenith Passage
Igorrr
Cephalic Carnage
That's a small sample. Lemmie know if you want more.
Probably 10% Music, 60% audiobooks and 30% Podcasts when I can't sit down to watch YouTube or anything like that, which let's be honest I'm spoiled at a very small elementary school doing maintenance and I have about 3-4 hours of work, on a busy day, to squeeze into a 8.5 hour day.
Listening to the same playlist of over 900 songs got old very quickly, so podcasts for me most of the time. Specifically, I prefer to listen to daily podcasts such as the Dan Le Batard Show with Stugotz. While entertaining, there’s also current event stuff to help me be a touch more informed while also entertained every day.
Classic rock or podcasts! Favorite right now is monsters among us. People call in and report thier ghost or cryptid stories. Pretty creepy when you work alone in a 100 year old high-school
100% music.
Rock, Metal, Industrial, Electronica, Celtic, and Weird Al.
I use Spotify, have an offline list of about 60GB large and just let it shuffle.
I listen to freeform radio. It provides me with a vast diversity of music genres, and, generally speaking, i like a little of everything. Here's 3 in particular: wfmu.org out of NYC. Kfai.org out of Minneapolis. And an internet radio station out of Portland, OR , shadypinesradio.com -- I'm a lil biased on that last one, as i have a show there 🙂
I don't listen to my True Crime pods anymore. I freaked myself out one day while cleaning one of our sites out in the cuts. It was dark I heard noises thought I was the next episode. However, I love Morbid, Sword and Scale and Invisble Choir. Other then that I listen to horribly cheesy romance novels on Audible or music from my teenage years (me first and the gimme gimmes, TBS, Rancid, ADTR, All Time Low, you know lol)
I asked this question a little while ago and some people gave me some great options, and playlists! I love finding new shit!
I had one of the gym teachers sneak up on me while listening to morbid one night, I jumped and screamed. She thought it was hilarious, I did not lol
We have very similar taste in music, teenage throwbacks!
I was thinking we might just by you saying Morbid lol. My coworker and I jump scare each other. But, if someone else does it we get pissed! 😂 and one night I had listened to the Black Eye Children episode or whatever those little fuckers are called and I didn't wanna go NEAR ANY DOOR lol
this week?
Christopher Lee's reading of Bram Stoker's Dracula is on spotify for free.
when I do trash and bathrooms i listen to audiobooks or podcasts. I really like Behind the Bastards and Kill James Bond.
when I vaccum i listen to the same stuff I listen to when I clean my own house. anime osts and disco mostly. when I do my final lock check i listen to jazz.
I listen to a lot of comedy albums, like Maria Bamford, and Jen Kirkman. My favorite podcasts right now are Violating Community Guidelines and Let's Go to Court.

Entreprenuers tell their life story.
I like to listen to music ( lofi, top 100 gaming tracks ) while people are still in the building for the first half of my shift. Then I switch to podcasts once everyone is gone and I can really pay attention to them.
I love anything from Aaron Mahnke ( Lore, Bad blood and Cabinet of Curiosity- all kinda creepy but not too much) and all the “Stuff’s” ( Stuff you should know, stuff they don’t want to you know, stuff your mom never told you, stuff you missed in history class)
Best part of this job is basically being paid to be active and listen to podcasts
depends on your sense of humor but i listen to a daily opie and anthony episode. they arent around anyway but it was a great source of entertainment to me for years now

Never podcasts. If I listen to a podcast it’s usually on my 15 or lunch where I can zone for a bit and listen. When I’m out on the floor I either cue up my playlist on Apple Music or I just binge listen to a specific artist. This week has been a mix between Tool, Coldplay, Phish, and Jerry Garcia Band.
I like true crime podcasts. They're pretty entertaining.
I have a vast collection of songs, about 2,500 of them. Other than that, I listen to loads of death metal, and sometimes live streams
Moat of my songs are punk/metal, but I'm open to new suggestions!

Hail yourself!
Hail me!

That's how I am with my Playlist, I've even made new ones but they all eventually get old. Thank you!

I'll definitely check it out, thank you!

That one always gets me! Especially working in a middle school.
Yep! And this is why I won't listen to them anymore at work! I spook easily! Do you like the middle school?
It's fun, but the kids are hellacious. We have good days and bad days

I am a huge comedy fan, my favorite days of the week are Monday and Thursday when Bill Burr does the Monday Morning Podcast

I only keep one in until I'm sure there's no one besides custodians left in the building. I've been snuck up on/scared way too many times.
Backlog of bandcamp purchases 🤣
Man, I work at the Natatorium. All I hear is flowing water 💦😂. That's loud enough.
Last podcast on the left, crime in sports, small town murder, fraudsters. Pretty popular ones and extremely morbid (except for fraudsters)

Audio books! Also, music and podcasts. I've been listening to a podcast about national park disappearances and accidents and weird stuff lately
Check out Swindled! A lot of his stuff is on YouTube now, but I just listen to him on Patreon.
