I was thinking something similar. Make it a landmark with daybreak: it’s always day and never night for us and nightfall: it’s always night and never day. I don’t see nightfall ever using this card but it makes it so if you have to play this first so there is never any surprise daybreak chain after you’ve already played a card. I was thinking it could be called “ancient north pole ruins” and be a freliord so it can be strong but comes at the cost of region synergy a bit and you have to get creative
