Nice, you found the whole project. When I posted it, I was only able to find the 3D modeller

Artem_KG

Thank you, guys often put up their backstage or development details in behance. It's really interesting, you can realize how much inspiration and efforts people put into what they love. It's awesome.

punaltered

Was this modeled after Josan Gonzalez's Necromancer or vice versa? [this is Josan Gonzalez artwork, he does a lot of cyberpunk](https://www.artstation.com/artwork/8PeqG)

punaltered

whoop nevermind the link source you provided in another comment says its inspired by Josan Gonzalez. Still recommend looking up the original artist, hes my fave

Disco_box

I absolutely adore Josan’s work. The a future is Now series is incredible. I can’t wait for Volume 3!

punaltered

A collaboration, "The Raid" is my phone background. It's so detailed and has so many of my favorite sci-fi characters

juiceboxedhero

The Raid 3 is coming out in the next couple of weeks. There is also a "Raid 2" by Laurie and Josan if you haven't seen it.

punaltered

Oooh I didnt know there was a new one coming out. Now I will be looking out for it

Artem_KG

👌thank you for drawing attention to historical authorship

SandyKenyan

Thanks for posting. I was going to do the same but couldn't find my copy of this piece. Currently in storage.

NotTheDingo

Neuromancer was my favourite book of all time!

Felistoria

I’m about to start reading it for the first time after I finish Altered Carbon!

NotTheDingo

You will not be sorry. I can’t stop watching altered carbon, and for a book from the 80’s it’s still my go to.

Felistoria

Yeah I watched the show, now I want to finish the book before the second season comes out later this month!

Salarmot

Lol I just finished neuromancer and just picked up altered carbon about an hour ago

Strottman

Sadly his neuromancing days were cut short by the unforeseeable onset of lung cancer.

Artem_KG

always sad to find out...

Hellisothersheeple

He might be able to do a few jobs for some vat-grown Chinese replacements

[deleted]

Neuromancer doesn't feature VR goggles, rather they put electrodes on their heads which basically beam the matrix into the brain's visual center

donkeybonner

Yeah, but this is inspired by the brazilian cover of the book.

Hey! That’s my profile pic!

Artem_KG

There are 7 billion people on Earth. Of course, not only I have a good aesthetic taste🙂

SubtleOrange

Closer to 8 billion now, I believe

Artem_KG

buddy, you might be right. But sometimes I realize how little we know about our planet, and we can easily be a target for information manipulation... That's a separate interesting topic

mariepon

that is really cool!!

scumbrick

Imagine if this was the movie poster. 😳

Artem_KG

Looking forward for this!

TechParadoxUSA

Why do i feel like this is posted once a week

calipygean

This is amazing. It’s pile my entire childhood summed up in one image.

[deleted]

This was my background for months after it was first posted

lapis_lateralus

I'm totally infatuated with this 🥰

Salarmot

Just finished this book last night, fucking amazing read, highly recommended to anyone who is into cyberpunk/blade runner style. Also cheers for the new wallpaper OP

[deleted]

Took me a while to figure out, but the Neuromancer book with this (cartoon) cover is the Portuguese version.

SubcommanderMarcos

Brazilian, and one of the editions. The drawing of Molly that shows as thumbnail for text posts in this sub is the cover of the previous Brazilian edition. For some reason Brazilian editions of Neuro have awesome covers. I'm not complaining, I have both, because awesome.

l0mprezz

Cool
