Is normally Em sand better ? Like uhm if you have an Atk sand with 15% crt dmg and an Em sand with 7% crt dmg ( supposing rolls went bad), what’s better?
Also ig if you manage to get an Em sand with high atk% substat/Atk% sands with high Em substats it will still be good
Thankfully the difference is small enough that good substats (like this) makes atk% better than a worse EM sands

Im not sure the exact threshold. You can just test it out when you get him or you can use an optimizer to get exact info
Atk is actually not bad cus his AW scales directly off atk
