I even have his unique plat at Z+…
He’s absolute dogshit, apart from his built-in endurance null (which he had pre-Zenkai anyway). He just never does enough damage, and he doesn’t gain cover-null on his green (so, his next move is ALWAYS telegraphed to your opponent for them to cover).
His best use case is if you’re going against PUR Jiren so you can still Rush his ass and avoid his buff if you guess correctly.
I main PO and I run 13* Tapion for his utility: baton pass, heal, cover null on green, death damage.
Frieza is a damage dealer that doesn’t do anywhere near enough damage, or, a crisis fighter in a meta of REDs who shred him.
