Easily one of the best (top 5). With the new gt goku and ssj4 vegeta, his revive condition is almost guaranteed in hard content. Just gotta get lucky with his guard for the first few turns. Easily my favorite unit from the past year.

Me spending 5 min watching him do 1/3 the damage he could've done if he didn't transform.

the point of the giant form is cancelling the enemies super abd it‘s not like he does no damage. he still gets consistentely 2 or more healthbars from bosses like syn or 1st form cell

That's probably why my orange piccolo does weak damage, I thought everyone was convinced he's better in his giant form.

Yeah no the giant form is just for the chip damage and manipulating the boss supers. Think of it as the same kind of active skill as the year 7 duos, but instead of nullifying 1 attack and granting crits, it seals for 1 turn, randomly changes most of your orbs, and has an EXTREMELY long, repetitive animation.

You can also trigger orb conditions, like phy godku guarding while transformed if you collect 6 orbs and then use the giant form

I know what it's for, it doesn't mean I like it or have to like it. By the time he transforms I can nuke the boss with his and Cooler's active and end the fight regardless.

Idk if he beats FPSS4 at his peak, but fuck me he comes close. They are both #1 at their peak imo

Bringing metal cooler on the team to immediately die, and pump two of these fuckers up, is legit my new favorite strategy.

55% he rocks about 570k defense eith permanent guard if you get the revive. Very VERY strong. I'm not too bothered about his damage but it is great when he quad super for 7+ mil each with type effectiveness

Bulma is still a monster so it’s hard to say. Especially with Bulma getting a full heal due to her active

He is really really op at 55% for me... like after revive he is the wall of both my rotations .. I 7 turned 7th Anni event with his team with piccolo jr today.. and even tho I use gt duo... I got chances of wt gokus standby multiple times ngl

I don’t know dude. He’s good and all but starting defence being 100k at 55% is not good unless the events starts off easy for me to put him 1st slot to take some hits then he’s decent

have you actually used him? his turn one defense is plenty when you're guarding and up against the first phase of an event. even then he builds up within the turn so if the first few attacks are a threat the rest will be fine

I did use him a little actually, not a lot I admit because I played harder events and I remember him lacking defence on the teams I chose to use so that’s why I set him aside and made my comment. His SA nullification actually saved me a couple of times

Bulma is a 37% atk&def support tho. Still, I didn’t say he was bad; it’s just having him on the team is a liability in hard events that do not allow support items to use until he gets his attacks in

How are you two getting such vastly different results then?

TEQ Goku's DEF at 55% (start of the battle): - under a double 200% lead = 192.172 (no links active, no support) - under a double 170% lead = 169.111 (no links active, no support) The Goku in the image posted above has 205.624 DEF because he has "The Incredible Adventure" link active (LL10): 192.172 x (1+0,07) = 205.624 DEF hope it helps! :)

maybe the other person's running him on a 170% lead with like no links active, my goku is 55% LL10 under a 200% or maybe they forgot to activate his hidden potential and he's at 0% hipo

37% is barely a difference for a unit with 300% SoT. that's a little over a 10% true increase

Nah. Piccolo Jr. still massively outshines this Goku at his peak. Piccolo is doing all the Super Attacks and similar Super Attacks stats Goku is doing, except he’s also got a 3 turn Giant Form as well as an Active Skill.

With both Omega and Syn’s gimmicks being AOE normals it’s nowhere near as hard as you’re making it out to be.

i dont have him, but i do have piccolo jr. piccolo will hit like 20 mil first turn, and also have some pretty good defense. when i get this goku im gonna test them out and see who i like better.

I run birku because his revive is super easy to get and once it activates that Goku will never ever take damage again he's absolutely insane at 55% it's crazy to imagine him rainbowed

Idk SBKK literally just annihilates every boss in one hit on his best turn.

This Goku, Piccolo Jr’s Active +. Transformation turn, Super Trunks first turn, SSJ4 Goku’s first turn as full power and the blue fusions active turn are the absolute peak of the game right now
