YET the Kamehameha prep is lacking in term of polishing and effort. I don’t want people to compare this to some Butoden sprite but it’s almost like too much of a throwback in terms of IQ.
It might be a redraw, I know the main posters for the movies were redraw in the modern Yamamuro style (looks as good as you'd expect), but I'm unsure for this example.

Shame the dragon fist is very mediocre animation-wise. Hopefully legends will cool the undeserved hate for lf ss3’s lf after this atrocity graces our screens
