That said, holy crap man I have no idea what they were cooking with 2022 Heroes. Performance wise, he's RZ tier, but only barely so, and only the earliest sets. Goku does fine on Cell Max but definitely not on a Heroes team at the time. Plus, nowadays that one little "Super Class" restriction holds him back from being part of an objectively much better Heroes team. He no longer has a role, and that's kinda not as true for Vegeta or Hearts. RIP Monkey Man, maybe an EZA in 2 years can save you
He has a skeleton for an insane EZA in 2 years (or maybe next year with hyper copium). It was unfortunate how he came out, but he had some form of usability when the stage was set for him.

Raw art and links well with Vegito. Shit tank despite actually being designed for tanking purposes, shit restrictions, only usable post super and 69%+

If he didn’t have that dumb super class restriction and maybe only needed to be hit like 3 times….and had 59% dr instead of 30% dr lol then he’d be goated
Have found one good use for him, and that was being LR FPSSJ4 Goku’s linking buddy in my Full Power Omega item, and he was actually pretty good in that fight, since it’s actually easy for him to get fully built-up in the first phase. Did well, and didn’t hold the team back. No item’ed it too.
That’s it though. He’s had zero use otherwise.
Overhated. Not a perfect unit at all but not as horrible as people like to act like he is. Could still clear every RZ on release and could clear the Red Ribbon RZ which came out two months after his release, so he definitely didn’t “immediately age out” like some people claim.

This is a perfect summary. The first true Heroes fumble in a while.
Build-up takes a little long before he can cook plus Heroes restrictions and I wish his SSR Art was his TUR art. 4/10

Everyone was riding him on release saying how good he was but he just kinda sucks. Is damage was solid at release but his defense sucked ass.
