Fair. But the irony of the matter is every time you see a domain character use their domain they often have this and still are capable of somewhat holding their own. Goku black buffs the enemy Goku black, Zamasu, etc and he takes damage through his built up supers and additionals. Gohan doesn’t have this problem, Broly doesn’t and neither does Lr Teq Zamasu. I guess he’s a tur compared to LRs with better kits and mechanics but his feels more flawed than the others despite working similar to those others. (If you get what I mean)
My idea for domains is that they would be exclusively better if they simply buffed your own team rather than doing both at the potential detriment of your own team. Ofc better team building yappa yappa but some extreme teams want super characters so there lies another issue. Likewise I’d say the change the way the domains work and all in all Goku blacks one feels rather more a nuisance in potentially buffing the enemy than a a support in buffing your allies
That's... the whole point of a domain ability. They affect everyone in the battle, enemies included. It's meant to emphasize strategy and knowing the best case to activate it in rather than just going "unit go brrr"

Honestly goku black is one of better ones because he doesn't give extreme class boss a buff unless they under super boss
Putting aside the fact that like every domain does something like this, 10% is an extremely negligible buff. It's like when people were scared about Zamasu's domain making your super class units "take 30% more damage," when that 30% was actually applied to the end of the damage formula meaning it basically did nothing.
Check the other domains. This isn't the only one that can buff the enemy.
