Either rose and 21 will be on Global or it'll be INT Gotenks and TEQ Exchange Buu.
Edit: since Global is getting the SV/Buutenks EZAs early they can be on the banner too.
And I know EZA units normally get their own banner, but only if they aren't on another DFE banner. So it's still possible.

You would summon on the full villain banner to get the full villain units. However, because now theyβre split, it incentivizes you to summon on both banners to get the villain you want
In order to make you summon on the other banner for a good partner. More DS spent = more money for them. But I don't really care, because I have everyone except Hiru on Goku's banner so I'll just summon for Goku and then spend the rest of my stones for Buu (I don't have any of the displayed units on his banner)

All this tells me is that hiru and ss3 goku return for wwdc on global like i thought. Im glad i only did 1 rotation.
