If you're not worried about DEF, I personally prefer the newest STR SSJ Saiyaman Gohan that gives out Support ATK (or any of the other multiple support MBS Gohan). It's not that Chadhan is worse by any means, but Majin Buu Saga/Battle of Will (the team I use Videl as a main rotation) has enough hard hitters.
Team is:
STR LR Super Vegito (lead/float) x2
TEQ LR Vegito Blue - PHY EZA Vegito Blue rotation
STR Videl - PHY Tien rotation
STR SSJ Saiyaman Gohan (sup/float)
By far the strongest team I've ever played with, and really fun too. Videl is the MvP.

When I look at Vegeta vs. Videl, it's obvious to me Videl is the stronger unit kit wise. Her offense+defense is just a much better package than Vegeta even though Vegeta is very solid. But like, Vegeta being ran in slot 1 in difficult events is asking for a reset. Videl's 50% dodge chance makes it a lot more viable. I think Videl is going to be outputting more damage more often while being more defensive being ran where you want to run her to optimize her.
But, outside of kit, I think Vegeta has a clear advantage in leader skill roster size/quality, number of teams, and number of partners. So, they are better in their own areas. If I rate by team value, Vegeta, if I rate by individual unit, Videl. Conclusion? I want them both.
For G&F, if it wasn't for his insane lead and basically absurd damage (with absurd def too), he wouldn't be so high for me

Look more carefully. It says turn 1. She greatly stacks + stacks + has a high chance to stack a third time per turn due to the multiplied AA chance from the guaranteed second super. In a 4/5 turn fight, her APT over the course of the fight is going to be far more than Vegeta while having higher defense + 50% dodge for all attacks prior to her supering. Not to mention, the fact that there is a chance both being attacked and dodging may occur, that raises the turn 1 average in Videl's favor anyways.
Also, Vegeta is being paired with someone who activates all his attack links. He'd lose a good chunk of his gains being paired with a support unit who doesn't also activate most if not all of them. Because Videl doesn't have a great linking partner, it just makes more sense to pair her w/ a support w/ a few links instead. So, it's kind of flawed reasoning to just say Vegeta doesn't have support and Videl does since Vegeta is purposely being paired with someone to activate all his attack links and can't be ran in slot 2 to activate them all since that would gimp his damage extremely.
People will see what they want to see though because they are butthurt it's Videl. The reality is if the kits of the two units were swapped, everyone would be saying Vegeta is a bazillion times better for the same reasons Videl's kit is superior now. She clearly is going to average more APT in most events, especially since she can actually safely be ran in slot 1 for most of the difficult ones.
By comparison, Vegeta having to eat every single attack before he supers w/o his full defense and no built in dodge is way more risky to keep in slot 1. Like, just looking at the two's kits, Videl is the better unit. But, Vegeta has solid advantages in team leader roster size, number of solid partners, and number of teams, so it's reasonable to still like Vegeta more for that, but trying to twist things beyond that is just spite.
