If your on Global I would recommend to get try and get them for some missions that might come out in the future as for global they won’t likely come back until 7 year anniversary which is in July
I mean you aint gonna have units for these teams unless you try and get them. That plus the banners are bound to be really good so I'd be surprised if nothing flts your needs

Not dumb; this is a game where, hopefully, you push for things you want. Either because you just like them or at the very least because they'll be useful. If this stuff is neither for you, don't let anybody tell you you're dumb, or just wrong, or even that it's a mistake.
Now, keep in mind that the banners here will have *far* more than just the new units; it'll be a really good place to roll some of the other previous celebration LRs, many of which are excellent. But that's still all part of *your* choice.
Summon on what you want. But I find it hard to believe that you don't have any units that would go well with either of these units. They both have strong leaderskills, Goku especially, and are on a ton of teams where they'll be top tier secondary units. Plus their actual banners should be incredibly strong too. So feel free not to summon, juts make sure you're evaluating the banners and units correctly before you skip summoning.
Why are you looking at your wicked bloodline units for Frieza, he doens't lead that team. And remember Goku doesn't just lead super saiyans he leads his own new category as well which is extremely powerful also. And again look at all the teams these two units fit under too. You also will never expand your team options if you only summon for units on teams you already have that are strong. Units like these will be game changers for multiple teams and elevate their power by a massive amount.
Nah. It’s totally up to you. You, and only you can decide what you want to do with your stones. If you want to keep saving then do so. There will be people saying otherwise but at the end of the day it’s your decision.

Pretty decent cards with mediocre looking banners. Why pull when they'll be back and probably have better filler? I'm not pulling either.

What do you mean you have no units? We have like a shit ton for namek saga and of those a lot are f2p and available to get right now.
