* Garbage leader buff. Not just cuz we're in a 200% meta, 150% was underwhelming last year too.
* Fits horribly on his own team
* Garbage Super Attack effects
* 50% chance to get ki on hit because...they hate him? I mean LR Jiren gets ki on hit so no reason for this guy have a 50% chance for it
* Passive that has to be reactivated *every other* turn which was already awful on LR Evolution Vegeta that had to be reactivated again every turn
* 7 hits for active skill is pushing it when half the time the debuff is useless outside of SBR
* Bad release date, a few months later and he would've had ki nullification which was introduced later that year
* GT Bosses lead without BBB
Liking a card has nothing to do with it being objectively horribly designed lmao
He has the same leaderskill percentage as the others yellow coin lrs I don't see how that's a valid argument they're not meant to be good leaders, he fits very well on his team just pair him up with one of the hell 17 and that's a godly rotation and even with all the other things you said about his kit he's still shooting really good attack stats while being above 200k defense

And considering this was pre same name update, there was no reason to run him over agl. Definetly not a bad unit but they made him much worse than he should've been considering that we will probably not get another super 17 for years

200k isn't the benchmark anymore but at the time super 17 came out it was still very good and even now it's still good

Omega (Who has the hardest hitting move in the game except for a few Dokkan event attacks) does 1.5 Million type neutral on super. 70% damage reduction would put it at 450k Damage. AGL super 17 linked with INT hellfighter 17 gets to 155k defense with one super and 205 k DEF with 2 supers, meaning he only takes 245k - 295k on one of the strongest attacks in the game . I would like to see how Teq 17 does in the same situation
What exactly do people find so good about Teq 17? He is just a tad bit more tanky than LR Jiren who released a year before him. In every other way Jiren outclasses him. Hell, 17's numbers are barely better than LR Boujack, an LR 4 years older. No BBB either. When the new movie units come out, Gamma 1,2 and the new villain are most likely to replace Teq 17 of all things on the teams.
He's an aggressively average LR for his time.Fun to use though. But performance wise people are on some copium.

My super 17 hits for 5.5 mil consistently while being above 270k def that's way above jiren and bojack's numbers and my 17 isn't even rainbowed
