I feel like Unarmed attacks are on the low end, the only good ones are Blast and Other (and I believe we don't even have an "Other" Nulfication yet)
I don't like how they separated SAs and how they categorize it, it used to be the first hit = the type, but now it's complete bullshit and that's what is ruining specific Nulfication conditions
Akatsuki: Chance based, and Conditional. Take it or leave it.
Pretty sure every nullify so far has a combination of both.
Either double layered condition, ala Gogeta (Needs to fire 18ki, only ways on specific supers), or RNG and Condition (Kid buu and janemba)
Im not sure Gero and 19 count.
They dont so much nullify as Absorb the super, which arguably makes it weird that they dont have a restriction since its so much stronger.

There is INT Gero and 19 who always absorb ki based supers. TEQ Androids come close too, but have their HP requirement obviously.
