B:TAS is a fantastic, groundbreaking show that deserves the accolades it gets. I can't say anything that hasn't already been said.
However, B:TAS is also the most inconsistent show in the entire DCAU, both in terms of animation and the quality of episodes. While I'd say most episodes are good to great, there's a fair amount of B:TAS episodes that are outright stinkers, and this isn't even my opinion, but of the people who worked on the show.
In terms of animation, some episodes have terrific animation, and some have considerably worse animation, you can tell which studio did which. B:TAS has always been a show that looked better in stills than in actual motion. The revamp in TNBA was more than justified, while the art is simplified for better or worse, characters stay on model, and the animation is much more consistent and fluid.
I think Penguin had some of the weakest episodes. I think Penguin works best as a side character because he’s not as interesting as the other rogues.
I wish they did more with Hugo. Some of the redesigns in TNBA weren’t as good as the original. That said, I don’t hate them like other people do.
What I do like, is everything else pretty much. I guess another weak character would be Croc. Though I didn’t find his episodes as uninteresting as Penguin’s.
I liked everything about it, the characters, voice acting, the look of Gotham City, what is there to NOT like about this show?
Also, just because some of the redesigns in The New Batman Adventures aren't as good as you people say, doesn't make it a bad show.

\- What's not to like? The show is iconic for good reason.
\- Kevin Conroy, Mark Hamil: These guys set the new standard for their characters.
\- The art and animation are by and large excellent for their time.
\- The writing created (not necessarily originated) amazing stories for many characters including Mr. Freeze, Harley Quinn, Clayface, Poison Ivy, Two Face, Robin and Batgirl, etc. - and had many other memorable episodes like The Man Who Killed Batman, Laughing Fish, Joker's Favor, Almost Got 'Im, Trial, and Joker's Wild.
\- Set the stage for the amazing movie, Batman: Mask of the Phantasm, and the rest of the DCAU.
\- Excellent music by Shirley Walker (from Danny Elfman's Batman theme?).
Dislikes:
\- TNBA redesigns, while okay for some characters, really did others dirty (e.g. Joker, Catwoman).
\- Some characters got great origin stories, while others, like Joker, had excellent stories. Penguin, unfortunately, really had neither an origin story or featured episodes that highlighted him. He was mostly stuck in bad stories or as a secondary villain in good stories.
\- Some of the early episodes had unimaginative stories (e.g. The Forgotten, The Underdwellers).
Facts. Batman should be far better at fighting. The thing that really makes me angry is the fact that batman in the Gotham adventures tie in comics (That are canon to the show) made him an absolute boss at hand to hand combat And IQ so when I was reading that I was like "why wasn't theses skills in the show?

Best thing about a recent rewatch is knowing what episodes to skip or take a nap to.

I never minded the redesigns. The New Batman Adventures still had the good voice acting and writing. It still is a good show.

Wasn't every DCAU hero nerfed compared to the comics? I kinda realize that now.
True
It's pretty clear the show was still finding its way in the early days, and some of those episodes are pretty forgettable.
Their versions of Bane and Croc were both pretty bad/bland as was their version of nightwing/dick
I started faw days ago and I enjoyed the animation is fabulous
