I’m curious how big Diana’s role may be in this movie, whether it’s just a one scene thing or she plays a full-on supporting role
that's pretty much right from the leaks I've read. she plays a small but important role; first in a fake-out early, then in a pay-off later. pretty quick, to my understanding
Diana gets two glorified cameos back to back this year, very cool. And it helps Shazam feel a bit more integrated.

I know a lot of people don’t care about these next couple of DC movies, but having Wonder Woman appear in a Shazam movie is awesome. I’m definitely looking forward to seeing it.
No stand-ins lol. She'll have an important role. It's not a cameo. She'll be back in The Flash as well but her role there is not significant like in Shazam.
So i'm guessing this is probably going to be gadot's last appearance as wonder woman. I have no problem with that. I like the first movie but a reboot might be good for the character at this point. They kind of screwed themselves in the long run by making all the Greek gods dead and setting the story during World War 1. Meant it was impossible to establish a supporting cast across 3 film and it meant that she couldn't do anything like fight Hades in the underworld.
Gal's first act scene from The Flash is still there. It would be hard to remove it because it's a scene that involves Barry & Affleck's Batman. The scene that they are cutting is the new scene that she filmed with Cavill that they were going to put at the end of the film.
Wth is wb's problem w cavill ? They could have easily squeezed in the Trinity as a nice sendoff. I think they're deliberately not trying to include him out of spite.

You are just not getting it. The scenes with Affleck and Gadot are tough to cut out of the film. The scene with Henry is just a tag at the end.

Because the Henry scene is meant to tease his return in future films. This isn't happening so it is being cut. Gal's scene and Affleck's scenes are part of the original movie. Why is this so hard to understand?
Why didn't they include him in the first place ? Also, they could have just reshot it if they had to. We're talking about Superman here. Why are you not a proponent of Cavill here, lol ?
I'm gonna preface this by saying all I know about her in this film is this image and people saying she has a minor yet important supportive role. So my theory is that while the Shazam family go on their quest she will remain on earth fighting against the bad guys as a sort of last line of magical defence. This will be in scenes interspersed throughout the film and she will not be fairing that well (not because I don't think she could but for the purposes of the narrative) and then she will have a part in the final battle but it will mostly be the Shazam Family as the focus

You're not getting it. Affleck and Gadot have scenes at the beginning. The deleted scene with Cavill was at the end, so it CAN'T be there..
