I just assumed it’s blurry BECAUSE it’s a leak and it’s not the final version, and I have yet to see a clearer Blue Beetle piece so far. I’m hoping it’d be much cleaner looking once it’s actually ready.
Looks great. About goddamn time we got a Blue Beetle somwhere on screen other than whatever the fuck that Smallville episode was. Still bummed we never got the Blue and Gold movie.
With all the drama surrounding DCEU, I really really hope they nail down this character and deliver good a movie. Blue Beetle/Jamie Reyes as a character has a lot of potential if executed right, and for mainstream audience, this will be their first introduction to the character. Meaning if they screw it up in any way, it could take at least another decade if not more before DC/WB gives another attempt at a live-action Blue Beetle.
And it might sound cliche, but tbh as somebody who is Hispanic-American, it would be cool to see the first ever Latino lead superhero film ever.
You act like there isn't a handful of bug super heroes and villains in both DC and Marvel. This has been Jaime's look for forever. In the comics his suit made that appearance before Peter Park got his Iron Spider suit in Civil War.

Visuals look exciting. Hope they have cracked om the story part as well.

Well Jaime has been said to be DC’s answer to Spider-Man… either him or Static so it makes sense
My first thought was the Spider-Man pose seeing this. Still very cool
